All training sessions are at the same time every week and each class will begin with a short warmup followed by 45 minutes of cardio and strength conditioning.
Tuesday:
19:00-21:00 - Urban Krav Maga & MMA Technique.
Thursday:
19:00-21:00 - MMA Technique & Conditioning
Sunday:
09:45-12:00 - Muay Thai Technique & Conditioning
Please arrive 10 minutes early as we start on time and encourage punctuality.
