IFS - International Fighting Systems Northern Ireland is Ireland's first Urban Krav Maga Club.
Urban Krav Maga is a full contact, close quater combat club using the most effective techniques from Israeli krav Maga organisations aswell as techniques used from arts such as Muay Thai, Brazilian Ju Jitsu, Karate and Judo for example.
You will learn how do deal with reality based situations from the common punches and choke holds right through to gun, knife and baseball bat defences. You will also be trained in situation awareness and important training such as pre-emptive strikes.
The club was created by Urban Krav Maga instructors Paul McLaughlin and Chris Tweed, who are also offical instructors under the British Combat Association and the International Sports Kickboxing Association.
As well as Urban Krav Maga, IFS NI have an MMA team which is trained by Paul McLaughlin and Co-Instructor Colin Dunn.
